Hotel Information for the CSAP Annual Meeting

The Embassy Suites Hotel is located along the Sacramento River. Across the street is a parking structure and just beyond that is Old Sacramento. Old Sac has numerous eating places, shopping stores, and even a standup comedy site.  The Capitol is several blocks east of the hotel.  Thanks to the river and the trees, Sacramento’s weather is very pleasant.

The Embassy Suite rooms are $179 for a two double bed suite or $189 for a (limited availability) one king bed suite.  That price includes free wifi, cooked breakfast, and manager’s afternoon reception.  Also, we have a discounted price on valet parking, at only $20 per night.

Join us!  Below are two options for you to make your hotel reservation:

1. Go to www.sacramento.embassysuites.com and complete your reservation using the group/convention code: CSP.

2. Call (916) 326-5000 and ask for the CSAP-Association of Parliamentarians (code: CSP) discounted rate.

NEWS!!! Discount hotel rates have been extended to August 10, 2017.

For questions, concerns or help with hotel reservations,  please contact Annual Meeting coordinator Tamara Dunning.
