I run a parliamentary “hot line” where I answer generic questions on Robert’s Rules of Order & parliamentary procedure. See my web site, “Robert’s Rules Consulting”, where my business card, my photo, and my resumé, is visible. I live in Rosemead, California. Over the course of 27 years, I have served the greater Southern California area. I am published in my field. The parliamentary journals have published 35 of my articles.

Here are a few popular requests a parliamentarian can provide: Bylaws critique (prior to amending the bylaws), Meeting critique (to improve the parliamentary process), Chair the meeting (to free up the president for other things). I recommend that nonprofit organizations sponsor a refresher course -- a training session -- every election cycle, so that the newly-elected board members get up to speed on proper parliamentary procedure.

I am a parliamentarian holding the following credentials: NAP Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP), AIP Certified Parliamentarian (CP)
